Designer Glass Screens ‘Chinese Fretwork’
Chinese Fretwork inspired these designer glass screens in a studio in West London.
The major consideration of these bespoke glass screens is visual intrusion through the lower sections of the windows. Screening, integration and ambience are of equal importance to the interior space, so through-vision was maintained in the upper sections, opening a connection to outside views and adding to the quality and feeling of space within.
The upper sections of these designer glass screens erode into clear glass allowing an exterior view and feeling of space to permeate the interior whilst in the lower sections a fine clear stipple etch is also used to establish complete privacy.
